RETURNS & ORDER ISSUES

What is your return or refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery, together with your order details and photographs where applicable. Our team will review the issue and assist accordingly.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, our team will advise on the appropriate resolution.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been made, refunds to the original payment method are not available.

For eligible orders cancelled before production has begun, payment may be retained as credit towards a future Tropique order, valid for six months from the original order date.

Credit is not available once production has begun for cakes, corporate, bespoke or personalised orders. Changes to an existing order are subject to availability and production status.

What happens if I don't collect my order?

As our products are perishable and made for a specific collection date, we recommend collecting your order at the confirmed time.

If you are unable to collect your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Tropique cannot guarantee the quality or condition of products that are not collected within their recommended collection and storage period.
